No Silly Questions

I found this Craiglist ad while searching for a dresser recently. I laughed out loud when I read it and thought you guys would appreciate a mid-week laugh.

Glider chair, used to rock kids, kids are big now. Gliding footrest broke. Good condition, green cushion. Nice, comfy. $30. $10 off if you have baby.

Chest of drawers. $30. Pic looks good, yeah? It ain't. For 30 bucks, don't expect solid wood. High density particle board. Heavy like a bag of bowling balls. Plastic glides, they still open and close those drawers. Some nicks and scratches, but some optimistic person might dare say it's in fair condition. No termites, I even cleaned it up a little. Maybe I'll put a little Pledge on it. Perfect for the cheap landlord to grace his slum-like apartment. Or, perfect for the cheap tenant staying only a little while to leave behind as a present for the cheap landlord. IF you are the tenant, $10 off.

If you want both, great. We can figure out the discounts. E mail please. No silly questions.

Yeah, guys, no silly questions. Hope you're having a great Wednesday!

  1. Hysterical! No silly questions, seriously? I'm kind of wondering why the chair wasn't just $20... most likely a pregnant woman will be using it. What if you just gave birth though, do you still get the discount?

The things you see...HYSTERICAL! Thanks for sharing!
